About the Presenter

Robert Astin Robert Astin is from Western Massachusetts and studied computer Internet management at Bay State College in Boston. While there, he served as a work study for the IT department helping to monitor, manage and maintain the school’s network and computers. Astin's work experience includes a year at a LAN center where he maintained roughly 25 computers on a local network used by the paying public, and a position as a PC technician with Staples doing customer sales, consulting and repairs.
