Dave Zarco Dave Zarco has been involved with pro badminton since 1968. He created the University of Florida badminton club and joined USA Badminton in 1989 as the southeast United States director, where he remained on the board of directors until 2008. Zarco has been active with the Southern Badminton Association since 1987, and helped create the Florida Badminton Association. Along with Dudley Chen, he created a junior training program in Miami-Dade County to develop the high school badminton players who not only had the potential to become national-level players, but also any student who wanted to improve their skills in badminton.dkdk
