Kelly Smith Kelly Smith is the director of Cheer Extreme All-Stars in Raleigh, N.C., and was an NCSU Park Scholar recipient. Smith cheered at NCSU for four years, during which she was a two-time captain and was voted team MVP. She was an all-star cheerleader for nine years, a two-time national champion, and has been the assistant coach and choreographer for Cheer Extreme for the past five years.
