Lawal S. McCray Lawal S. McCray, Sr. is the head football coach at Blanche Ely High School in Pompano Beach, Fla. He earned his master's degree in school guidance and counseling from Nova Southeastern University, and is seeking a specialist degree in educational leadership. McCray is the head coach of the Blanche Ely Tigers, and has over 16 years of experience in coaching. McCray also coached the offensive line at Lincoln University, and became the team's academic adviser.
