How to get great abs from boxing. First thing you do, take a whole bunch of steroids; no, just kidding. These are real abs here in town. These are local ladies that are working hard in here, second year here, first year here, they're going to do knees to elbows. Nice and isolated, bringing their knees up to their elbows and coming back down. Knees up to their elbows and coming back down and they're kind of trying to hit their gluts. Their gluts are going to be facing out like that, coming down, hit their gluts out and come down, just like that. We need a nice strong core, fancy footwork and fast hands for boxing but we also need, most importantly, strong abs. Okay ladies, good, rest, right here. We're going to do an advanced knees to elbows, all the way down, straighten it out, pop it out, good, take a hard hit, all the way down, pop it out, take another hard hit, doing that, flex it, taking a hit. You might need it a little harder than that. Take it down, give it to them right there. One more we'll finish up and go ahead give it to them, there it is. That's how we do it in here.
