Hi, I'm Elie from Gilbert Table Tennis Center. And today, I'm going to show you how to perform the forehand spin stroke in table tennis, or we call it forehand loop. Forehand loop is the shot where you can gain the strongest spin on the forehand side. So, basically, the key points. Bella and I will show you right now how to loop the ball and put the strongest spin on this ball, okay? So, the key points is like you have to brush the ball, just making sure that you're really skimming the ball, making sure that you're not hitting the ball flat. So, the whole shot will look like this, with a nice follow through right here. So, foot position, you want to stand pretty low. You want to start with your right, with the body weight on your right leg right here, and bringing the racket down low. And, as you hit, you want to push it from the body weight from right leg to the left, with a nice follow through right here, okay? I'm going to perform few more strokes. When you perform this stroke, make sure that your racket is not too close. Otherwise, you're going to hit the ball, and the ball is going to go to the net. So, you want to catch the ball with the open racket here, and really follow through, brushing the ball through the racket, okay? And, I'm Elie from Gilbert Table Tennis Center, and today I showed you how to perform the forehand spin stroke in table tennis. Good luck playing.
