Hi, this is Christine with Hammer Time Fitness, and we are here to show you some exercises using a resistance band for the rotator cuff. I have Rene here to help me demonstrate the exercise. She's got a resistance band, and she's going to step on it. She's going to take her arms to 90 degrees. So, 90 degrees with her arms. With her arms in the band, she's going to roll her arms forward and back. Excellent exercise for the rotator cuff. Perfect, forward and back. Excellent. Good job. She's going to do about eight reps of those, about three sets. Excellent exercise for the rotator cuff. Another exercise for the rotator cuff, we are going to latch our band in the bar. You can latch it anywhere. She's going to cross with her elbow glued to her side. She's going to cross over her stomach. Perfect. Excellent, another great rotator cuff exercise using a resistance band. That's perfect, excellent. She's going to do about eight reps of those, excellent job.
