Hi, my name is Bob Linde. I'm an Acupuncture Physician and Registered Herbalist. Today, I'm going to talk to you about how to make an herbal and vitamin recipe. So, there's many different herbs and vitamins that we can add in to make any kind of either tonic formula or even a smoothie out of it. We can focus on the vegetables that are high in particular nutrients or we can use herbs or even some concentrates. We can use water as the base or we can even use vinegar. If you want to use some of the good mother organic vinegar; we can use that as well. But today, I'm going to primarily focus on herbs; our very good mineral rich tonic just infuse in water. So, in this case, we're going to use Horsetail, Oat straw needles and some Alfalfa. And for a little extra kick, I'm going to add a little extra magnesium citrate in there. It'll give it a little bit of bubble and it'll ensure that we got a nice high dose of magnesium in there along with all the other great vitamins and minerals that contain each one of those herbs. So, all we need to do is take about a tablespoon of each herb; place that into our French press, add our hot water. Let it steep anywhere from ten minutes to even overnight. Strain it off and enjoy about a cup everyday for just a little bit of that extra herbal vitamin and mineral kick into our little tea. So, please enjoy your herbs.
