Hello. This is Coreen for Shakes Space and right now we are going to be making an all-American garlic tomato soup. We need three cloves of garlic. We need seven already peeled Roma tomatoes, approximately five leaves of lettuce, sliced up. I wilted these, and I'll explain that in a little bit. Three slices of bacon; turkey bacon, because we're health conscious here, one tablespoon of sugar, one cup of milk, a pot, and a spoon. Oh, in addition to that, we need some sort of a processor. I'm using a Magic Bullet. So, first thing we want to do is we actually want to take our pot and go over to the our stove and we're going to get our milk hot. So, we get our milk right in there just like that. So at this point, we want to take our tomatoes, we want to puree them. But we also want to puree them with our three cloves of garlic. So, see how neatly I can get this into my container. It's kind of slim. I don't want to make a mess like I normally do. Okay, not so bad. Can we get it in? Success. Alright, there's our garlic. And you want to puree it real well, so here we go. Okay, we're going to take this over to our pot, which I see is ready. Look at this! Slow down, slow down. So now, we incorporated our pureed tomatoes and garlic. Let's get our sugar in there; sweeten it up a little bit. So, when we get it nice and stirred, we go for the bacon. Now, if you are thinking about being health conscious, turkey bacon is the way to go, so that's what we're going to add in here. We fried it up nice and crispy, and it's going to be the perfect addition to our BLT soup. And last, but certainly not least, we have our lettuce. Now, if you look, our lettuce is wilted. It was actually fried lightly in our turkey bacon grease, and it gives it a nice texture, brings out a little bit of that green, and we just get it right in there, like so. That simple. Make sure your flame is on low. Cover it up. Make it heat through for another three minutes... and then you'll see what we've got. And after you see those bubbles going up the side, you're ready to go. Turn off your flame and here we have it. Time for the reveal. Again, trying not to make a mess. So here you have it... our all-American tomato garlic soup.
