Hello, this is Coreen from Shakes Bakes, and right now we're going to be making an Italian style tomato soup. So, the first thing we need, I have seven Roma tomatoes here that have been peeled. They're medium-sized Romas. In addition to that, I have Italian Seasoning here, and that's just going to be to taste, just probably a pinch or two. I have half of a teaspoon of salt, half of a teaspoon of pepper. I also have a third of a cup of macaroni. I have one clove of garlic, a pot, a spoon and a pureeing device. So, first thing we're going to do, take our pureer, put our garlic, oops, clumsy, and our tomatoes inside of the pureer. Try to do your best not to make a mess. I always make a mess. So, just get them all scooped out and into the pureer. I like to try to get big spoonfuls at a time, okay. Next, we're going to go ahead and give it a spin. Okay, looks done. At this point, we're going to place these tomatoes into our pot. There we go. Okay, so we're going to go ahead, take this over to the stove, and I'm going to bring it to a boil. Put it on medium heat. As soon as it comes to a boil, I'm going to add my pasta, which happens to be macaroni. So, we'll get it in our pot, stir it around a little bit. I'm actually going to move this to the back burner because I want it a little bit lower than it is right now. So, the back burner is on, cover. Never do what I just did. I put my hand over the fire, and I'm going to turn this off before I fix the lid. There you go. Put it on a medium-low heat, and let that stay there and cook for about 15 minutes. The pasta should be al dente, but you can taste it along the way just to make sure it's right. Alright, so it's been 15 minutes, turn our flame off. I'm just going to dash my salt and pepper in here. It's al dente, but you know what, just to make sure, even though I already seasoned, perfect. Um, it's really good, nice, some Italian seasoning right there. That was just a dash. I'm just going to mix it up right in the pot. So at this point, the perfect tomato macaroni soup.
