Hi, I'm Terry with Towers Murray Plumbing, Murray, Utah. Here to show you today, how to replace the trip lever in your toilet. Tools that maybe needed, a pair of pliers, possibly a crescent wrench. Remove the tank lid, place it somewhere safe, flat on surface. Remove the chain from the tank lid, I mean, from the tank lever. Take your pliers, remember, the nut turns backwards, and remove the lever. Not all levers are mounted on the side, some maybe mounted on the front. O.k., now that we've removed our lever. We will show you how to reinstall it. Take the lever, feed through the hole, nut feeds in. Use your pliers and just snug it up, does not need to be overtightened. And reinstall chain, carefully reinstall tank lid. Again, I'm Terry with Towers Murray Plumbing in Murray, Utah. We've just shown how to replace the tank lever in your toilet.
