This is Coreen from Shakes Bakes, and right now we are going to talk about homemade egg cups. A lot of times people go out and they buy these things and they use them for hardboiled eggs, but right now I'm going to remix this, and I'm going to actually show you how to use a homemade egg cup. Really nicely. So, here's what you need. You need an eggshell with the top taken off. Try to get it, you know, little neat around the edges... or consistent at least. Going to need a spoon just to help you dish whatever it is you're going to dish into it right into that cup. And today I'm going to be using scrambled eggs in my egg cup, not hardboiled or softboiled either, sorry. And these can found at the discount store around the spring or Easter time, really easy to pick up. This one in particular is in the shape of a tulip. I think it fits really well. First thing you want to do is you want to take your egg cup, homemade egg cup. You're going to fill it whatever it is you choose. I'm going to fill mine with scrambled eggs. Makes a good breakfast treat, and a different kind of presentation than you would normally get. Look at that. Fits right in there. This is so beautiful. At this point, I put it in my dish... and I'm going to go ahead, just put a little bit of seasoning, greenery. So, you just want to be really delicate. Make sure this looks nice and presentable, and it's, you know, something different. A new way to present scrambled eggs. I think it's very delicate and very sophisticated. And easy. You can do this at home. This is how you make and use a homemade egg cup.
