Hello, this is Coreen from Shakes Bakes. And, right now, we're going to talk about how to use ginger root for nausea. So, here are some of the ingredients we're going to need: Ginger root. This is in the crystallized form. You can actually find it in the grocery store. It can be a ginger candy some people call it. Or, some people call it crystallized ginger. It's just a preservative where it's crystallized with sugar. I happen to do this myself, and so this is what I'll be using. I have about nine pieces, they're about this size. Next ingredient, one whole lemon skin, skin of a lemon. One and a half cups of water. And, I'm going to put in about a tablespoon of honey. And, last but not least, I need my pot. Here's how we're going to get started. Let's turn on our flame, here we go. We're going to put our water in our pot. And, we're actually going to wait for this to come to a rolling boil. So, as you can see, our water's boiling. Going to get our ingredients in there. That's our ginger, that's our lemon skin. Give it a stir. Let's get about a tablespoon of honey in there real quick. Come on now, come on. Come on, here we go. I'm just going to go ahead and wing it. That's about a tablespoon. And, we cut our flame. So, after this has been steeping for about three minutes, this is ready to drink. And, this is how you use ginger root for nausea.
