Hello, this is Coreen from Shakes Bakes. And, right now, we're going to talk about how to make ginger tea for nausea. Here's some of the ingredients we need. We're going to need ginger - this is crystallized ginger that I'm going to be using here. I have nine pieces approximately this size. We're going to need lemon skin, the skin of one lemon. Going to need a cup and a half of water. I'm going to be putting about one tablespoon of honey in there. Need a spoon. And, last but not least, we need our pot. Here's how we're going to get started: Let's turn on our flame, here we go. We're going to put our water in our pot. And, we're actually going to wait for this to come to a rolling boil. So, as you can see, our water's boiling, going to get our ingredients in there. That's our ginger, that's our lemon skin, give it a stir. Let's get about a tablespoon of honey in there real quick. Come on now, come on. Come on, here we go. I'm just going to go ahead and wing it. That's about a tablespoon. And, we cut our flame. So, after this has been steeping for about 3 minutes, this is ready to drink. And, this is how you make ginger tea for nausea.
