Hello, my name is Joshua Clement, for Lighty Contractors. Today, we'll be discussing how to repair an adhesive to a wall toilet paper holder. One of the problems you run into with adhesive to the wall, toilet paper holders, is sometimes the adhesive simply stops working. Or, someone pushed a little too hard on it, and broke the adhesive loose. I'm going to show you how to fix that. For this job, you're going to need a couple tools. Adhesive strips, extra strength, that you can pick up at a dollar store, for a buck or two. And a five-in-one, or a putty knife. The first step is to remove all the existing adhesive from the wall. Be careful, not to damage the wall in this process. Wipe the wall to make sure it's free of any dust. Take your adhesive and place it on to the toilet paper holder. Remove the strips from the back, and firmly push it back on to the wall. You want to make sure, you have it properly spaced. You're going to want to hold this for about 30 seconds. Then, let it sit there an hour or two, to make sure that you have a good, solid seal against the wall. Put your toilet paper on, and you're ready to go. I'm Joshua for Lighty Contractors, and that's how I fix the adhesive to the wall on a toilet paper holder.
