No, we're going to demonstrate some of the real basic moves of the Tai Chi form that we do. The first one is called the drop stance. So, we're out with our feet spread apart, pushing out one side, you're going to bend the knee on the left leg, come down across the body, keep the right leg straight, bend the left knee, then draw the right leg into the side. Step out with the right foot; bend the right knee, sit down, keep the left leg straight, come up and out. That's called the drop stance. The next one is called the light stance or cat stance. Bring the left toe out, bend both knees, you're going to take all of your weight off the left foot. So, it's just barely touching for a balance point. And then the right foot. And then the last one is called the cross stance. So, you step out with the left foot, step back with the right foot and step way to the left with the right foot and sit down so that the right knee comes out on the left hand side of the left leg. Stand up; go to the other side, step back with your left foot, then to the right side and sit down. Now, when you're doing Tai Chi, to start with you only want to do this as far as your body will let you go. You don't want it to force it down. Out and down. Back and down. And that concludes the exercise that we do in Tai Chi and some of the basic movements.
