Hi, my name is Tonya, and I'm an instructor at Gold's Gym. I want to show you how you could build muscle really quickly with dumbbells. It's all about supersets and you're like what is that? Basically that is not usually we do a straight set of just simple weights but you really want to think about doing sets without even stopping and a great way to start is grab some real heavy dumbbells and I'm going to place them right here. A superset, you're working. I've got my core pulled in, just kind of showing you a little bit of a shoulder press here, pressing straight up. So I'm not going to rest. I'm going to go really hard, not stop, abs are pulled in. A straight set you do like eight or ten and stop and rest for a minute then pick them up and do them again, this one you want to go until you cannot go anymore. You're taking that muscle to failure is what you're doing. You're stressing the muscle. So, I'm getting fairly fatigued here. I could probably do a few more, but then just when you think you just can't do anymore, grab a pair but just a little bit lighter, okay and then go again. Don't stop, don't stop, exhale. This is going to get you muscle tone really fast, press it up. Then you want to do it until you are about to die, put them down. Grab the heavy ones once more, why not? And it's nice to have a partner who is in your face going come on, really helps, push it, three, two, one and then put them down and if you've got it in you, grab the light ones again, knock out a few more but the point is to do it until these muscles are just so stressed, so fatigued, they can't help but just get bigger and you're going to be amazed at the difference. Your muscles are going to look so fantastic after doing supersets on each part of your body.
