Hi, my name is Tanya, and I'm an instructor at Gold's Gym. I want to show you a few forearm exercises that you can do with dumbbells. And a really great, everyone who likes that real nice strong forearm muscles. Especially if you like to arm wrestle, take people down. Alright here's what I want you to do. Pretty simple. Grab your, you want to grab the light dumbbells. You don't want to go for your 20 your 25s. I've got a pair of five's here. You can even do three's. I wouldn't want to go up you know over 10 is kind of.. pushing it. Because you can really damage these muscles in the forearm. Simple. I'm going to, I'm sitting on a ball. You can sit on a chair. Got my elbows on top of my thighs. All what you are going to do is kind of like a wrist curl. I'm going to lower my hands and curl it up. Lower I guess I can turn it in so you can kind of see what I'm doing here. So I've got strong arm. The only thing moving are the hands. And I've got strong wrists. I'm lowering and lifting. But it's absolutely I'm feeling that in the forearm. One more, lower and lift. Alright I'm going to turn my arms over now so the palm faces the floor. Same idea, got straight arms here.Lower and lift. I guess this is a reverse wrist curl. That's amazing. Lower and lift. Two more, one more. And you don't want to do a whole lot of these. Maybe do 10 this way, 10 this way. One more hammer curl. So I got my weights here. They are still the light weight. Like your hammering. I'm just taking the weights dipping them forward. Just like you are hammering something. I'm feeling that right in the forearm. That actually is going to really strengthen the muscles along your wrists as well. Little hammer curl. Two more, last one. Boom alright. So, that is a great way. You could stretch out your forearms like this. But that's a great way just light weights to get that amazing forearm strength.
