Hi, my name's Tricia Mann, and today we're going to talk about home beauty tips for glowing skin. The key to glowing skin is hydration. Your body's 70 percent water, so the key tip in keeping your skin glowing, fresh and hydrated, is to drink plenty of water. Not drinking enough water can cause premature aging in the skin. Use a serum that contains hyaluronic acid. Hyaluronic acid actually contains a thousand times it's weight in water, so it's going to help with deeply hydrating the skin which will give you a glowing complexion. Use a hydrating mask on your skin, as needed, to replenish extra moisture into your skin. You can do this up to two times per week. The ingredients in here are going to help calm the skin and also hydrate the skin. I like to go to bed with a mask on at night, almost like a night cream. It's a really great way to get that hydration back in your skin while you're sleeping. Finish off with a hydrating moisturizer, rich in antioxidants which will help to keep the skin hydrated throughout the day and protect it against any free-radical damage.
