Hi, my name is Tanya and I'm an instructor at Gold's Gym. I want to show you three exercises that you can do at home that will really help slim down your thighs. Squats, that's the first thing that comes to mind when someone talks about wanting to slim down their thighs and get the thighs really strong and I'll show you a great thing to do. I'm going to turn to the side, just one foot in front, the other back and you're just going to drop that back knee to the floor and lift up. So this thigh right here, the leg in the front is really working. They're both working and then you want to keep your balance. You can hold on to a chair if you want to then you can pulse it, that's burning the thighs, both thighs working. This one is especially working and I'm going to add a knee so I'm going to go three, two, one, boom. So I'm taking that knee and driving it forward. So both thighs are starting to burn, bam, three, two, one. Alright so that's a great one. Another one, come on down on both knees. They should be directly below your shoulders. So I'm going to hold my core in, just take your hands on your thighs, lean back and come back up. That is really working those thighs. You can take your hands in front of you, makes it a little bit harder. Lots of thighs, burning, that's amazing. That's core and thigh. Alright I'm going to lay all the way down. The third one, this is a great one. Come all the way down, take your legs on an angle in front of you, lift your top leg so it's about hip height, roll the thigh so it faces your ceiling and I'm going to take it and draw circles with this leg. They're just going to really give you a fantastic thigh muscle, reverse it. So they're kind of fast, reverse it. That's amazing, three, two, one. So those are just three great exercises. Oh my thighs are already burning. They're going to target and tone your thighs and really help slim them down.
