Hi, this is Luke from Leaf Wellness Center in Santa Monica, California. Today, we are going to be talking about doing cardio conditioning with battling ropes. Battling ropes are the newest and funnest ways to do cardio training and I'll show you why. Remember, today we are using an inch and half rope that's 50 feet long. And it's anchored to the wall at the end of this rope. As long as you have something sturdy and heavy enough to mount it to these ropes are a fantastic option for exercising. The first method of doing cardio training with the battling ropes is to simply create waves with alternating hands. Pay attention to your core being tight, your back being straight, and all the movement being done at the arms. A more advanced version of this exercise is to do it with both arms at the same time. Once again we are creating the movement with our arms. We are keeping our back straight and our core tight. I'm Luke from Leaf Wellness Center, and that's cardio conditioning with battling ropes.
