Hi, I'm Christine Wheaton, I'm a beauty expert. And we're going to talk about how to regenerate collagen beneath the skin. This is a little bit tricky because you know it's hard to do but you can do it without surgeries or anything like that. What you need to do is drink tons of water at least eight glasses a day. That will keep things flushed and the cycle working. And then also we are going to use this Clearsonic which puts an electric current into the skin and kind of plumps up those cells. So I'm going to use a little bit of water to get it wet. And I'm going to put a little bit of water on her face. And you can use this everyday, morning and night. It's kind of like getting a facial every time you wash your face. And here we go. So what you do is you just use circular motions. It's similar to those sonic toothbrushes out there. And this is really taking off the dead skin and think of it as like a jump start to the skin cells. And these are an investment but they're totally worth it. Within a few weeks you'll notice an improvement in skin tone and it will be more plump and bright. And it has a timer so when it shuts off that's when you stop. And after we do this I'm just going to put a serum on her skin that's going to also help to regenerate the collagen. So now that that's done I'm just going to quickly wipe off the excess here. And then we are going to apply a cream with glycolic acid in it. And this is going to really regenerate the skin and the cell production. And will help with that plumpness that you want from the collagen. So you can put this on at least once a day but if your skin can handle it twice a day is great. And there you go. So, don't forget to drink lots of water. Do the Clearsonic if you can. And apply a cream with some sort of alpha hydroxy either glycolic or some other form. And you'll definitely boost the collagen in your skin. Thank you for watching, I'm Christine Wheaton.
