Hi, I'm Amy Newman, Fitness Expert for Gold's Gym and Creator of the Perfect 10 Workout. And I'm going to show you some Yoga poses for Neuropathy. When you're having problems with your feet when you have diabetes, you want to flex the feet, bring your buttocks back towards your heels and try to put a little bit of weight on each toe. Try to feel your toes and slowly work yourself, putting a little bit more weight on each toe. You don't want to over stimulate your toes at first, just a little bit of weight on each toe when you rock back and forth; breathing slowly into your feet. Breathing light into your feet as well. "Hmmm". The more you put a little bit of pressure, the better; but try not to overdo it. Then, after you've done that for a little while, putting each, each toe under a little bit of pressure, put the tops of your feet down and lift your knees up, opening up your ankles; breath into your feet with the blood run down to your feet. "Hmmm", switching back and forth will open up those feet, breath light into them and bring the tops of your feet back down. And if you want to lift your knees, gently open up the ankles, rocking back and forth, side to side once you get up onto the balls of your feet. I'm Amy Newman, Fitness Expert for Gold's Gym, Creator of the Perfect 10 Workout and those are some Yoga poses you can do for Neuropathy.
