Hi, I'm Amy Newman, fitness expert for Gold's Gym, creator of The Perfect 10 Workout. And sometimes, you can get cramps in your feet during balancing exercises. I'm going to show you a remedy for that. Lets say you are doing tree pose and you feel a cramp coming in your foot. Well what you want to do is slowly come down and then bend your knees come down to the floor flexing your feet. Breathing into your feet lift your buttocks up into the air. Press your heels back, palms down on the floor as in downward facing dog. Pressing one heel down, breathe. Breathe into your feet, open up all the channels to release the cramps. Breathe deep pressing down. Then press both heels down stretching out the backs of your legs. Letting the blood flow. Press the other heel down. Breathe into your body. And then get back into tree pose. I'm Amy Newman thanks for joining me as I show you how to relieve some cramping in the feet during yoga poses.
