My name is Tony Jones, and I work at Jensen Shoes. And today, we are going to work on some taking away, taking off polish, basically. Taking off black polish, and it works for, pretty much, burgundy and anything else. And Lupe here is going to help me. In order to do that, most of the time you have to put some heat. Heat really melts wax. Wax, that's what polish is, waxy. We have a little oven that we turn on, and it has a lot of heat in it. Put it in there for a few minutes, and what it does, it's kind of like you don't want to keep it in there too long. You want to keep an eye on it. And we are going to show you how to remove the black off, or the black polish off of the shoe here. It's nice and warm right there, and then when we wipe it off, just going to wipe off most of the polish that you put in it. And it's going to make a difference. And that is basically how you take off built, built-up on a shoe.
