Hi, I'm Chris Palmer, welcome to Chris' workshop. Today, we are going to show you how to improve your air quality in your home by choosing low or zero VOC paint. Today, there are many options for healthier air quality through low or zero VOC paints. VOC stands for volatile organic compounds. And it's something that's off gassed from regular paint that really degrades air quality particularly when the paint is first applied. With zero VOC paint or low VOC paint it's possible to paint your room and be using it the very next day or even the evening the day of, the day that you painted. It's very low odor, it's non-toxic. It's much better for the environment and there are a lot of options available in different colors. The quality of the paint is also very good. Price wise low VOC or zero VOC paint is comparable to any other paint you might buy. Look for it written right on the label. They are labeled clearly with low VOC or zero VOC. It's as simple as that. There's no special application information you need to know. It's just like working with any other paint you've used in the past except while you are painting you'll feel a lot better breathing cleaner more healthy air. And when you are done your house will smell a lot better. I'm Chris Palmer with Chris' workshop thanks for watching.
