Hi, my name is Katie Kern with CircaPR, a PR firm in Charleston, South Carolina. And, I'm here at Monkees of Daniel Island to show you how to wear a halter dress to a wedding. The materials that you'll need for styling a halter dress to wear to a wedding is a necklace, a pair of earrings, a bracelet, and heels. Weddings are a lot of fun, and when deciding what to wear to a wedding, a halter dress is a great option. And, this is an example of a halter dress. A halter dress goes around the neck, and shows off the detail of the back. This particular dress is shorter. You can definitely go with a longer option, making it more formal. This is more for a daytime wedding, or something that's a little bit more casual. We added the necklace, brings out the detail of the dress. It definitely brings out, give it a little bit more of a classy look. Matching earrings to add to the necklace, and bracelets, bangles, are always an added touch to a halter dress. When you're deciding what to wear as far as shoes are concerned, you definitely want to go with, during the day, a sandal is great. At night, to something that's a little bit more formal you would go with probably a closed toe shoe. And, the overall look for a halter dress, especially wearing to a wedding, is definitely keep your hair pulled back. If you want to wear your hair down, definitely keeping it off the face. And then, doing something with the makeup, more like a smoky eye. Again, my name is Katie Kern with CircaPR, and this is how to wear a halter dress to a wedding.
