Hi, my name is Katie Kern with CircaPr, a fashion PR firm in Charleston, South Carolina. And, I'm here at Monkees of Daniel Island to show you how to wear a turtleneck dress. The materials that you'll need for a turtleneck dress are a pair of tights, high heel shoes or boots, a scarf, a bracelet, and a pair of earrings. A turtleneck dress should be a staple in everyone's closet, and this is an example of a turtleneck dress. You want to stay with a solid color versus patterns, because patterns seem to take over and make you look a lot bigger than you actually are. The length of a turtleneck dress should be a lot shorter, just because you want to make sure that you're accentuating your legs, because when you're covering up your neckline, you want to make sure you're showing just a little bit of skin somewhere. Pattern tights are a great option for a turtleneck dress or leggings, just because it definitely brings out a little bit more character in the turtleneck dress. When you're pairing a pair of shoes or boots, a high heel shoe will definitely elongate the legs, and a boot will definitely be able to go from casual, or to dress it up. I paired it with a nice scarf, just because adding a little bit more detail to a basic turtleneck dress adds more character to this overall outfit. And then, adding the earrings and the bracelet just kind of adds a little bit more style element to a turtleneck dress. Again, my name is Katie Kern with CircaPR, and this is how you wear a turtleneck dress.
