Hi, I'm Christine, I'm a makeup artist. And I'm going to show you how to apply makeup like the models. So, we are going to do a really nice fresh faced kind of airbrushed look today. I'm going to start with a primer which all the makeup artists use on models. And this really helps to make the skin look smoother when you apply the foundation. It also keeps it on longer. So, I'm just going to put that on, smooth it over the whole face. It's good if you start with a hydrated face too so if you need to apply moisturizer first you can do that. Okay, so once we have that on then you can go ahead and start with your foundation. I'm using a really smooth foundation and I put this on with a brush. That gives the best application. Okay, now our next step is something that is just as important kind of like the primer, is you are going to take a setting spray and you are going to spray the face . And then after that you apply a powder. It's going to kind of just melt the makeup and make it look more like your skin. So after that, I'm going to go in with a little bit of blush. Just give her a nice flushed color. You want to apply it right on the apples of the cheek and bring it up through the cheekbone. There you go. And then I'm just going to sweep a really sheer color over her eyes. It has a little bit of shimmer. I'm going to use this fluffy brush here. And apply it from the lash line all the way up to where her crease is. And then just to brighten it up a little I'm going to use a lighter color in the corners and up at the eyebrow. There you go. A little bit of mascara always brightens the eyes makes you look more awake. Look down. And you can just apply this by sweeping up. I bent my brush that makes it a little bit easier for me to apply it. Then we are going to finish with some lip gloss and she'll be all set. I just chose a really natural pink gloss. A lot of times when you see models they are not really wearing much but they look really fresh and flawless. And there you go. That's how you apply makeup like the models. And we used liquid foundation, the setting spray makes a big difference and the primer as well. With these simple steps you too can look like a model. Try it out. I'm Christine Wheaton. Thank you for watching.
