Hi, I'm Brandi Allen here in Salt Lake City, Utah at Shiva's Centre. And today, I'm going to talk to you about some Yoga games that you can play with your children. One of the games that you can play is called Mother Tree. It's a little like Reg Light, Green Light where you're moving across the floor, turning your back and they move towards you as you turn your back. And when you turn toward them, you say Mother Tree and they take Tree Posture standing on one foot with the other foot up against their leg. Another game that you can play is Yogi Says and it's much like Simon Says where you call out a posture and if the child goes into the posture when Yogi says, then, they're still in the game. And if they don't go in the posture, then, they sit down. Playing Yoga games with children is a fun way for them to learn different Yoga postures and to get all the benefits that they get from Yoga in a very fun way with their friends and with others. And again, my name is Brandi Allen here at Shiva's Centre and I just talked to you about some Yoga games that you can play with your children.
