Hi, I'm Brandi Allen with Shiva's Centre here in Salt Lake City, Utah, and I'm going to be talking today about some postures and salutations that are good for teens to do; some Yoga Salutations. And I have Amelia Louise here to demonstrate a Sun Salutation. So, I'm going to have here do that. Come to the front of your mat here. So, she's going to start here in Mountains Pose, just standing nice and tall, then reach her arms to the side. Touch your toes. Step one leg back with her hands on the floor; then step back into a Downward Facing Dog with her hands spread wide and feet underneath her hips. And then coming up into an Up Dog, very nice, and then back to a Down Dog, again, lifting her hips up; stepping one foot forward again and then coming forward to fold in half, touching her toes, then reach to the sky and then back to Mountain Pose. And this is the Sun Salutation which you can do one to twenty four times if you like to help get some exercise. And again, my name is Brandi Allen here at Shiva's Centre at Sal Lake City, Utah, and we just talked about a Sun Salutation that's great for teens to do.
