I'm B-boy Super King Glasses, and today we're going to be going over the bumping grind. And to do this, all you need is your dancing shoes. The bumping grind was popularized by R. Kelly, and it involves a dance that is still used to this day at night clubs. And right now, I'm going to show you this dance and it consists of a, of four count with each of the moves and after you go through all the moves, you're going to then repeat the set of movements. And the whole thing is, goes a little something like this. That's how it goes. The steps to this dance are as follow. First, you would go on your tippy toes up four a, fours steps; one, two, three and then four. After that, you're going to jump and cross your legs for a count of one and then you're going to jump and spread your legs, two and then, you're going to move your hips up and down for the counts of three and four, three, four. Okay. After that, you're going to shake your hips to the left twice; one, two, it's a back push and then to the right twice, three, four. Then, you're got the grind which consists of us going on a count of two, bringing it around town our hips, two; one and two. Okay. Let's do that one more time. One and two and three and four. Okay. The next motion that we're going to do is that we're going to hang our hips back and then or we're going to thrust them forward and then while we're doing that, we're jumping forward. We're going to do it twice, but it's going to be on a count of two each time. So, watch; one, two, three, four. Alright. After that, we're going to rotate our hips back and forth like that; then, we're going to step back. So, one, two, three and then four. Alright. After that, we're going to go back into the original, the first steps. Now, we're back in steps one and two, a little faster this time, like this. One, two, three, four; one, two, three, four; one, two, three, four; one and two and three and four. One, two, three, four; one, two, three, four. I'm B-boy Super King Glasses, and today we just went over the bumping grind.
