Hi, I'm Brandon Snider. I'm here at the Downtown Athletic Club in Little Rock, Arkansas and today, I'm going to be doing a great exercise that you can do to burn back fat. Let's just call it a body row. So, you're going to simply use a bench or if you're at home, you're going to use a chair or an Ottoman. So, what you want to do is come down onto that bench. You want to get into a table top position. So, you don't want your arms out too far and you don't want your back bent over. You want to keep a nice flat back. Another thing that you want to keep in mind is the arms are going to be hanging down in this exercise, so, we don't want that arm to, to kind of pull down. Exhale up, "Hhhhh", through your core and then inhale, "Hmmm", through your ribs, "Hhhhh". Just bringing the elbow up, "Hmmm", very simple; exhale up and it's all about controlling down, so you can count one, two, three and four. Exhale up, down; one, two, three and four. "Hhhhh", "Hmmm", "Hhhhh", "Hmmm". Don't let that shoulder drop, keep it up right here, "Hhhhh". This dumbbell row is a great exercise that you can do to burn back fat because it utilizes the biggest muscles in your back which burns more calories.
