Hi, my name is Tony Zaldua. I work for Budget Bicycles in Eagle Rock, Los Angeles, and today I'm going to show you how to determine the correct handlebar width for cycle cross bikes. Alright, so here we have a 40 centimeter handlebar. This is for riders who are narrow, have narrow shoulder widths. I myself am a 42, which is in the middle, there's a 42 centimeter. As you can see when I bring my hands down, my arms are pretty much straight, and then when you ride you want your arms pretty much straight, and to me that's really comfortable, and if you have really wide shoulders, you want to choose a 44, which is a little bit wider, and that would be more comfortable for bigger riders, and that's your basics of choosing handlebar widths. Hi, this is Tony Zaldua. I work for Budget Pro Bicycles, and I just explained how to choose the correct handlebar width for cycle cross.
