Hi, this is Jason Morgan with Muscleworx fitness in Carolina Beach, North Carolina. Today, I'm going to tell you how you can get killer abs fast. You know, everybody seeks the holy grail of fitness, the elusive six pack. Funny thing is, not everybody has a six pack. Some people are only going to have four, some people might have eight. It's a division of how the tendons are aligned on your rectus abdominis. The key to having killer abs is actually nutrition. If you don't have a sound nutrition plan in place you're not going to be able to see your abs. You can do crunches until the cows come home, and you're just going to have good tight muscles under a big layer of fat. So, we want to make sure that your body fat levels are low. For a man to see his abdominal separation, he's probably got to be under 10 percent body fat. It's not just a matter of doing crunches or oblique twists, or, your know, area specific exercises. There's no such thing as spot reduction. The best thing that you can do to really lean your abs out, is to do, you know, a total muscle building workout. The more muscle you have on your body, the more calories you're going to burn through. Therefore, the higher your metabolism is, so the leaner you'll be able to stay. Follow those exercise tips and recommendations, and you'll shred your abs quickly.
