HI. I'm Deserie with HerbalWise. I'm here to talk with you today about aromatherapy bath benefits. In adding essential oils to the bath, which is basically incorporating aromatherapy into your bath, you get the benefits from both the scent of the essential oils and the absorption of the essential oils in to your body. For example, lavender and peppermint are wonderful choices for the bath, and you can add about 20 drops of each to your bath water and get the benefits of a calming effect from the lavender, and also a pain relieving effect from the peppermint. Another example is that of rosemary. Rosemary essential oils, the scent will give you mental focus where as the absorption will increase your circulation.
