Hi, I'm Amy Newman, fitness expert, creator of the Perfect 10 Workout, and I'm going to show you Ashtanga yoga exercises. We're going to do the Sun Salutation. Stand with your feet right underneath your hips. We're going to take a deep breath, inhale stretching up. Exhale, bring your arms around, and start to bend forward. Reach your hands for the floor. Bring your head in towards your legs, exhaling. Inhale, lift your head up. Exhale, bring your head back in again. Inhale, lift your head up. And this time, right leg, stretch it back. Lift you chin up, breathe deep. Other foot, step back, come on down. Lift up into Cobra. Exhale, come back down. Take in a deep breath. Exhale, lift up in Plank. Pull up your tail bone, head between the arms, press your heels down. Go back into Plank, and step forward with your right foot right in between your hands. Press your hips down, chin up, breathe. Exhale, bring your left foot forward, roll up slowly, bring your arms around. Inhale, exhale, come on back down again. Bring your head in toward your legs, your nose, then look up through your eyebrows, then back in again. And, look up, and step back right foot, chin up, hips even and square. Breathe deep. Look down, step back with your left foot, lower down, and lift up into Cobra. Deep breath, exhale, roll back down. Inhale, exhale, lift into Plank. Pull your tail bone up high, head between the arms, press your heels down. Inhale, exhale, bring your right foot forward again, lift your chin up, exhale. Inhale, reach your left foot forward. Exhale, roll up, squeezing your abdominals, bringing your arms around, inhale. Exhale. I'm Amy Newman, and those are some Ashtanga yoga exercises.
