Hi, I'm Mickey Demos, Jr., Co-Founder of Biscayne Boxing and Fitness Club here in Miami. This is Natasha Perquette, one of my students for two years. We're going to go over some old school training techniques designed to teach a boxer how to train under the rest. She'll do combinations at the top; off springs, off the ground. It's called calls. Ready? Down; one push up, spring up. Sit, jab, cross. Good. Down; one hundred to the head. Hah. Good. Down; one, set my right arm. Good. Down. Body, body to hit. Good. Hundred to the body. Punch. Good. Spring it in on the other side. Good. Down, one hundred double. Good. Standard three at the top. Straight up. Hep, hep, hep. One more. Double slip, double down. Slip, slip, hep, hep; three. Very good.
