Hi, I'm Amy Newman, fitness expert, creator of The Perfect 10 Workout. I'm going to show you some poses that men can do in yoga. Now, men can do all the poses, actually, in yoga. But, I'm going to show you a series that you might enjoy, I hope. We are going to start off in a squatted position with our hands down. Knees apart, squatting, breathing. Inhale kick back into a plank position. Pull your tailbone up, head comes between the arms. Press the heels down in downward facing dog. Take in a deep breath, exhale come back into plank and bend down slowly with your knees and your chin. Coming down, and then scoop up. Bring the tops of your feet. Breathe, exhale. Come back onto the toes, back into plank and jump forward back into your squat position. Do a series of those and believe me guys you are going to get a great workout. I'm Amy Newman.
