Hi, I'm Amy Newman, fitness expert and creator of The Perfect 10 Workout, and I'm going to show you how to do an abdominal workout in 15 minutes. Sometimes, you know, we don't have much time to exercise, but 15 minutes a day will get your abs in six pack shape. Let's roll back and start with the warm-up. We're going to just do little pulses, exhaling with our knees bent, feet flat, exhaling, rounding out that lower ab, squeezing the abs, getting them nice and tight. So you start off kind of fast, and then you can work them even faster, exhaling into it. Then, slow down, inhale tap, exhale come up a little bit more, inhale come back, exhale, inhale back, exhale. Now, start to add the knees, bringing one knee in, exhale, then inhale, exhale other knee and inhale, exhale, inhale, exhale, inhale. Then bring both knees in, exhale, inhale, round out, exhale, tap down together, exhale, tap down together, exhale up, inhale down. Bring your knees to the side and work your obliques, the sides of your abs. Little crunches, little pulses, as many as you can. Exhaling and focusing and squeezing on those side abs, those oblique muscles, squeezing them as tight as you can. It's a tiny little lift, and you are not pulling on your head, even though it might look like I am. My fingers are nice and light behind my head, just supporting the head. Then, you bring your knees up and you bring them to the other side doing the same thing, exhaling as you lift, inhaling as you're down, and varying your speeds will always help you out. So, do lots of reps of each. You do that in 15 minutes, you'll have a six pack of abs. I'm Amy Newman. Thanks for joining me as I show you how to do a 15 minute abdominal workout.
