Hi, I'm Amy Newman, fitness expert and creator of The Perfect 10 Workout, and I'm going to show you how to work on your lower abdominals without doing a sit-up. Let's roll down onto the floor. Slowly we are going to lift one leg, exhale squeezing rounding out the back and then the other gently just tapping your toes. Exhale, exhale, exhale as you leg comes up and round out the back. After you've gotten your abs warmed up legs together and tap your toes together and round up squeezing. Inhale, exhale. Inhale, exhale. Inhale, exhale then bring one leg out, bring one knee in. Make it even a little bit harder and just tap your heel on the floor. Bringing the the other knee in, exhaling, exhaling, exhaling. And you can do it at different angles. You can do it up at an angle, and just press down, lightly doing the bicycle, exhaling, exhale, bring both knees in, circle your legs around, pressing your lower back into the mat or the floor, wherever you are working out, and press it in like a donut. Circling around. Squeezing your abs and having your abs move your legs around, not your feet. Then go in the other direction exhaling as your feet come over your head, inhaling as you open up.
