I'm Amy Newman, Fitness Expert, Creator of the Perfect 10 Workout, and let's do some Pilates moves that can control that cellulite. I'm going to show it to you as I stand sideways, we can do squats, taking your butt way out and squeezing is a great way to reduce cellulite. By squeezing and exhaling and concentrating on the back of those thighs, you want to feel them burn, squeeze, exhale. Then you can take it up, bringing your knee up, stretching back; bringing the knee in, exhale, inhale; exhale, stretch back, inhale. Do about ten of these; step back, bring your arms down, lunge, lift up on the balls of your feet. Come down, lift up again; down, inhale, exhale, inhale, exhale, inhale, exhale and do about five more of those. Then, I want you to bring your arms in front, lunge and lift. Lunge, lift; lunge, lift; lunge, lift; lunge, lift. Then, you can double up the lunges, double up the lifts, "Shhohh", exhaling as you exert, exhale; inhale in between, "Hmmm", "Hhhhh"; double down, double up. Then, come back to squats; squat, squeeze; squat squeeze and then start with the other leg. Bring the knee in and stretch back; knee in, stretch back. Bring your arms around after you've done ten. Come down, up on the balls of your feet; down, up inhale, exhale; inhale stretch, exhale. Do ten of these; then, bring your arm around, lunge, lift the back leg; lunge, lift the back leg; lunge, lift. Do ten of those, then, doubles; double lifts, double lunge, double lifts and, and do ten of those and then, end with ten squats. Nice and slow and squeeze and do into your favorite music; you will see that cellulite go away. I'm Amy Newman, thank you for joining me as we learn how to reduce cellulite with Pilates.
