Hi, I'm CarolAnn with cyberworkouts.com, and I'm going to show you Yoga for TMJ pain. Now, with TMJ, we've got a lot of tightness, a lot of soreness right here in the jaw. So, we're going to massage it gently using a tennis ball and a book or if you have a Yoga block, you can place a Yoga block right down here. So, what we're going to do is we're going to place that tennis ball right in that area where it's locked up or if you're feeling any pain. So, we're going to take the ball, we're going to massage it right here in this area. So, come on down to your side and gently place the ball right at the book. And all we're going to do is just opening close the jaw, just like a little bird. So, we're going to open and close. So, nice and gentle. Now, if you want, we can add a little bit of a massage to that as we open and close the mouth. And just continue to do that until you start to feel your jaw loosen up.
