Hi, I'm CarolAnn with, and I'm going to show you Yoga poses for circulation. Now, if you find yourself with cold hands and cold feet, that may indicate that you have poor circulation through your body. So, what we want to do, is we want to create heat. So first, let's start with our hands. Take your hands and simply just do a little bit of a circle action through your wrists, just nice and easy. And then, do about 10 rotations of the wrist, in one way, then go the other way. So, we want to loosen up those joints, create heat and then, you can do figure-eight in those wrists. So, hopefully, we can get some heat going in those hands. Next, we can drop down to the core, and this is really where that heat really comes into play. So, we want to inhale, lift the chest and then, exhale, fall down into a contraction through the abdominal muscles and stretch the spine. And inhale, sit up tall, and exhale, roll down. And really utilize our breath, because your breath is what is going to create heat and movement and vitality through your body, as you're breathing. Now, same thing, we're going to add movement, so you want to move through the rib cage. Create that circulation, get the blood flowing. So, movement is what creates that circulation. And go ten times in one way, ten times the other way and that will heat up your center. Now, through those feet, you want to create circulation in those feet. So, same thing, just like your wrists, take one leg, lift one up. Rotate your foot in one direction ten times and then, rotate, going the other way. And once you do your circles, you can point and flex, point and flex, ten times through that ankle, again. And then, you can switch to your other foot ten times, one direction, ten times the other. Nice and gentle, point and flex, getting that circulation flowing through those feet. Those are some great Yoga exercises for circulation. I'm CarolAnn with
