Hi, I'm Amy Newman, fitness expert, and creator of the Perfect 10 Workout. And, I'm going to show you how you can workout with resistance bands on the chest. First, we're going to bring the band around our back. Get it nice and taut, so you have a little bit to move with, but yet, you want it to be a little bit resistant as well. So, nice and tight, a little bit tighter, I think, for me. There we go. And, we're going to bring our elbows in, and open. Bring your elbows in, squeeze your chest, then open. Squeeze, exhale, rounding out your back, inhale. Exhale. Neck is long. Inhale, open. Exhale, inhale. Now, straighten out your arms, and criss, open, cross, open. Squeeze your chest. Release. Open wide, exhale. Squeeze, open wide. Inhale, exhale. Inhale, exhale. Inhale, exhale. And, you can even create it a little bit harder as you go, little pulses back and forth, crissing and crossing. And, that will really get your chest working nice and hard. Breathe deep, exhale slow. And then, start going slow again. Inhale, open. Exhale, squeeze. And, that's how you can workout your chest with resistance bands.
