Hi, I'm Amy Newman, fitness expert, creator of the Perfect 10 Workout. And, I'm going to show you how you can use resistance bands for biceps workouts. First, let's stand on our resistance band, and bring your feet a good distance apart, about hip width, or maybe even a little bit more. Now, you want to make sure you have a lot of resistance in the band. So, if you don't, like I don't, I'm going to stick my hand through one of the little straps there, and reach down lower for a little bit more tension on the band. Put the band so your palms are facing up, elbows are into your sides. We're going to exhale, squeeze, inhale, release. Neck is long, shoulders in. Posture is great. Exhale, inhale. Exhale, inhale. Then, alternate the arms one at a time, picking up speed just a little bit more. Then, back to doing them both, slow, at the same time. Exhale, and inhale. Exhale, squeeze those biceps, hold it, and then open slow. I'm Amy Newman. Thanks for joining me as I show you how to use the resistance band to work those biceps.
