Hi, I'm Amy Newman, fitness expert, creator of the Perfect 10 Workout, and I'm going to show you resistance band exercises for the knees. We got to strengthen those knees. So, we're going to bring a resistance band right around the bottom of your foot, the arch of your foot. Lean back into it, with nice and good tension on that band, and slowly start to circle your foot around, in a nice, smooth, slow circle. And, this will put a little bit of stress on both sides of your knee. Breathe into that knee. Breathe into your body. Don't hold your breath. And then, go in the opposite direction. After you've done about 10 circles in each direction, then bend the knee, and press with the heel. Bend the knee, bring it in, and press with the heel. Bend the knee, bring it in, press with the heel. Bend the knee, bring it in, and press with the heel. And, make it as tight, and as strong as you want, and just push with that heel, and you will feel your knee get stronger. This is how to work out with resistance bands if you want to exercise your knees.
