Hi, I'm Amy Newman, fitness expert, creator of The Perfect 10 Workout, and I'm going to show you how to do resistance band workouts for the neck. First, we're going to get our band and we're going bring our hands kind of close to it so you have a nice resistance. Arms are out, shoulder height. Knees are bent, tuck your tailbone under and squeeze, stretching out the band and exhaling. Make sure your posture is really good, neck is nice and long, shoulders are in and not up by your ears but down. Little pulses, open and come in and open and come together and open and then do the back of the neck, you can bring it right behind your head and same thing. Stretch and in, stretch and in. Feel the resistance, lengthen your neck, keep your shoulders down. And do about 15 reps. I'm Amy Newman.
