Hi, I'm Amy Newman, fitness expert, creator of The Perfect 10 Workout, and I'm going to show you resistance band workouts for arms. First, I'm going to show you how to tone that back of the arm. We're going to extend our back leg and have our front leg bent. Make sure the band is nice and tight. We're going to bring our elbow up by our waist and then we're going to stretch the arm back, squeezing the back of the arm, the tricep. Bend it in, then squeeze it out, exhale, bend it in and squeeze it out, exhale. Bring it in nice and slow, extend it nice and slow and kind of hold it for a second. Then bring it in, then exhale. Now, we're going to do some bicep curls. Step on your band with both feet and have the bands in each hand, bring your elbows into your sides and for me, right now, this is not enough resistance so I'm going to grab hold of the bands just a little bit further down. So, we're going to do bicep curls, bend your knees slight, tuck your tail bone under and squeeze, exhale, inhale, exhale, inhale, exhale, inhale, exhale, inhale, exhale, inhale and you can do one arm and then the other. I'm Amy Newman, and those are some ways you can use the resistance band to do arm exercises.
