Hi, my name is Melanie Wysong, I'm the compulsory director, and head coach for Black Diamond Gymnastics in South Jordan, Utah. This is Madison Hazzard, and we are going to show you a ball exercise that's a little more directly related to gymnastics. When you purchase your ball, you usually get a video that has some really great exercises in there that we also use. But, this one's a little more gymnastics related, and I'd like to show you a planche. So, she will her hands on the bar, put her feet on the ball, and we're going to work on a forward planche, trying to keep the arms straight. The mat is there in case she goes too far, so she lands on her head and doesn't hurt herself. And then, she's going to planche back as far as she can. Now, they can use a spotter to help with this. And, pretty soon, as they get stronger, they could do these exercises on their own. Thank you, Maddy.
